Our Team
Our strength is not only in the quality of our staff, but also in the quantity. We strive for the qualifications of our staff members to exceed those found in other nurseries, and we deploy staff in adult:child ratios that exceed the standards set by Ofsted. This way, we can be satisfied that all children are receiving the care, support and attention they need while they learn.

We are very selective in our recruitment of staff, and those who have worked elsewhere all comment on how the culture here is far more child-centered. This is reflected in the warm atmosphere and happy children in every room of the nursery. In order to deliver the best possible daily care and facilitate smooth transitions, all of the staff work as a team in a flexible system that fits entirely around the individual needs of the children to ensure that they receive continuity of care from familiar faces.

In addition to recruiting experienced staff, we work with local colleges to encourage our team to gain further qualifications. Having a culture that is different to most other nurseries means that we often promote from within, so we take the professional development of our team very seriously. Many members of our team have been with us for many years.
